In a small bowl, whisk together avocado oil, rice wine vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.
Add chopped basil, parsley, minced shallot, prepared mustard, and sugar to the mixture and whisk again.
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Arugula Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, bibb lettuce, cucumber, and radishes.
Toss the ingredients gently to mix well.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
Toss the salad to evenly coat the ingredients with the vinaigrette.
